Jona says: "It took one minute fourty-six seconds to write the melody and the lyrics of the song called
'I'll get by in Pittsburgh', because I made it up as I went along, playing it on the piano whilst singing.
Later I added drums to the track in my 8-track studio in 1979 and re-did the drums
in a 24-track studio ready for inclusion on my first album called 'On The Other
Hand There's A First'
